Jason M. Hannon has served as our Executive Vice President & General Counsel since January 2010. Prior to that, Mr. Hannon served as our Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, General Counsel, and Secretary from January 2009 until December 2009, as our Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary, and as our Vice President of Legal Affairs and Secretary from June 2005 until January 2009. Prior to joining NuVasive,® Mr. Hannon practiced corporate and transactional law at the law firms of Brobeck Phleger & Harrison LLP and Heller Ehrman LLP, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, public and private financing, joint ventures, licensing arrangements, and corporate governance matters. Mr. Hannon also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jerome Farris of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Hannon received a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and a J.D. from Stanford Law School.
